Wonderful Antique / Vintage c1910 Fanning or Mating PEACOCK Cast Iron Exotic Bird Doorstop. I recently acquired a small portion of the collection of 2 lifelong doorstop collectors from NY. They had traveled the US for over 50 years going to shows and antique shops looking for doorstops to add to their collection. , I was able to pick through the hundreds that were left. Last photo is a sample of some I have for sale. This lovely all original doorstop depicts a Peacock fanning his feathers in a mating dance in an array of natural colors with Original Paint! It is a solid construction. Its in nice condition for its age, especially since this is the original paint.
