Antique Cast Iron Coffee Roaster / Scarce Old Iron Nut Roaster C. An Unbelievable Old Piece of History in Remarkable Condition /only one we've ever seen in over 60 years of Collecting.. Wonderful on the fireplace Hearth! The German patent office was established in 1877. A means Deutsches Reichpatent angemeldet ("German Reich patent applied for").

Since it is marked with that mark the it has to be produced after 1877. Symbol and Initials on the Top. This Family Symbol has been associated with Cast Iron in Germany since the 1720's. Dimensions are 13½ inches wide including the Handles.

4½ inches tall not including the Handle. 8 ¾ inches tall including the working spinning handle. Any questions or more pictures please let me know.
