Art deco fish bowl stand, cast iron. It appears that the arms at least were painted colorfully, its faded now. The bottom has white Paint?
We've had this about 15 years or so and have used it but not in a few years so it's time for it to get a new home! The newer fish bowl is in good condition.
It is not a tight fit but works okay when there is water in there to weigh it down. See condition above and photos for further details.
